It is in great condition.  There are a few scuff marks on it, but it does not affect the way it is played with.  One post on the white fence for the pasture is cracked, but could probably be glued, if you wanted to glue it.

  Included with the farm set is the barn, the farmer, a scarecrow, a windmill, a rooster weathervane like-thing for on the roof of the barn, a sheep, pig, chicken, cow, a horse and a wagon with hay.  Also, a pasture-like area connects to it. 

Everything works well.  The farm makes all of the animal sounds and music that it should.  It has been well-cared for and comes from a smoke-free home.  My kid's played with it often, so it shows a little more wear than some of the other sets that I have up for auction.

You can't go wrong with this or any other items I have up for auction for your little one.
