Please understand that when I am buying fabrics from Estate Sales, that there may have been cats or dogs; or perhaps the person smoked. So if you are real sensitive; please be aware.

Sometimes these fabrics have been laundered; which I will try to note. Sometimes these items have mild odors associated with them due to age; but a good laundering should help. I try hard to list any and all conditions that may be an issue to you the buyer. I do not launder these items; nor do I iron them.

I will be loading up more fabrics NEW & OOP & VINTAGE; over the next several months.
