Here is a fabulous pair of jeans from 7 For All Mankind.  these are the Ginger style.  These pants have a coating on them giving them a slick look.  Very flared legsMy guess is the more you wear and wash, the shiny will diminish.  new with tags and a size 25.  98% cotton. 2% elastine.
