At time of ORDER please provide me with (please do not send me your information until time of making payment):
1. Shirt size, color, style (you can tell me the name brand if you wish--from the shirt on my "About Me" page)
2. Applique details; do you want it sewn like a sample or do you want me to create something new with a special color?
3. Name (optional) and thread color (limited to 3 words please)
4. Which Font?

Please note that I do my best to custom make this shirt to your exact specifications but this is an "art" and no two shirts are ever alike! There might be very slight thread color difference, etc.

After I receive your payment and email containing information about the details of your shirt (color, size, name, etc.) I will send you an email confirmation of all information. This will also include an expected ship date. Confirmations are sent to the email that YOU PROVIDE to me through eBay and PayPal. If this address is not correct, I can not be held responsible. If you want me to communicate with you through another email address please contact me. Don't forget to look in your spam file if you don't receive an email from me!!

As soon as payment and all shirt information is received I will custom make your item and it will be shipped via the US Postal Service 14-21 days from the time all information is received. If you special order a size or color that I don't have in stock please allow an additional 7 days for delivery. I will notify you at the end of auction if your item will need to be ordered.

Shipping insurance is available on all auctions for an additional $1.70 per shipment.
