Shipping - If you win multiple auctions we will be glad to combine shipping as long as it will not jepardize the items.  Some glass items or large items cannot be combined.  Please wait until you receive our invoice with adjusted shipping before paying. Your combined autions must all end within 3 days and we must be notified that you are bidding on multiple auctions.  If you ask for a more economical method of shipment than what is offered we will try to accomodate (US only - we only ship UPS to Canada).  We do not always remember that we have agreed to a different shipping method so please remind us when your auction ends.  And remember,if you are local you may also pick up  your items.

INSURANCE – As you can see by our feedback we pack all items very well, however, ebay no longer gives us the "Optional" insurance choice.  On all breakable items we will include insurance in our shippng cost.   NOTE: Filing a claim will be the buyer’s responsibility.  The Post Office may require item and original packaging and label so please do not throw anything away until claim is finished.   You may contact us through E Bay if you need any information to help with your claim.

FEEDBACK - If there is a problem with your item, please contact us through E Bay before leaving feedback.  Our feedback is very important to us and we would like the opportunity to work out any issues.

RETURNS - We only accept returns for items “grossly not as described” but we must be contacted first to authorize return.   Any returns received without authorization will not be refunded.  We must be contacted within 3 business days of receipt of item.  Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
