No stains or tears,very clean.  6 speeds, volume control, plays music and nature sounds.  Comes with a tray with toys on it. Switch to turn mobile on or off. Seat has two positions.  Seat cover is removable for machine washing.  Has seat belt to hold baby in.  Manual included and  battery operated. No returns.
