  You need get some setting for do this, if your carrier is the at&t and T-mobile, please contact me, I would like to provide the setting info. For you, and if your carrier is some others company sim card, you need to ask your carrier company for get the setting info. However, the setting steps is the same as the at&t and T-mobile.

• Why the phone keeps saying that the time zone has changed even though it is set to New York, is there a way to keep that from happening?
  

            you can enter "settings- setup - Auto update of date and time" to set it "off"

• Why I can’t charge my phone with the charger comes with?
  Please trying to connect the phone with your computer with the cable, maybe the problem is the charger, not the phone. And, if it displayed nothing, maybe the problem is with the cable. Please contact me to resolve this issue.

• If my phone is on vibration and I want to change it to Vibra and ring?

          For resolve this problems, you please do some setting like this:  menu- setting- phone setting- pen calibration, then         press the “x”.
  

• Why does my phone locked and the phone can't work, when I turned off the power, then turned on, it happed again within only 5 minutes?
  Please enter "settings"—"Security setup"—"Auto keypad lock" to set "None", the phone will not be locked, If you want to unlock the keypad, you can press send key (2) and click the screen "X" to unlock the keypad..
  

• When I turn on or turn off the phone, it has so many bells, how can I set them off??
  You please do some setting as like below steps:User profilers- Genera/ meeting- Customize- Tone setup- power on(power off) – silent.
   
• If my phone is on vibration and I want to change it to Vibra and ring?
  You can enter the "User profiles" to set this.

1. Ring tone:  enter "user profiles - general - customize - tone setup – SIM 1 incalling or (sim2 incalling) ", slide down the menue until appear " Empty" selection, then click <Empty> - replace- choose the ringtone which you saved in your memory card.
2. For the greeting image:  you need to enter "settings -  phone setup - Display characteristic - power on (power off)  desplay-User defined", then choose the picture which saved in your memory card
3. keep the wallpaper/music changed automatically from shaking switching:
   please enter "Audio player -- Top right button - option - settings - shuffle" to set it "off "
4.  Set wallpaper:  "settings -  phone setup - Display characteristic –wall paper – User defined" then choose the picture which saved in your memory card.
5. All about to apply the ring type, volume, ring tone, please go to "user profiles - general – customize".
