We reserve the right to ship by the most efficient method, determined at shipping time. No additional charges will be added if a faster shipping method is determined to be better than the one you selected.

We are serious about customer service and accept returns for inaccurate listings. Please contact us through the eBay messaging system to report any issues. All returns must be arranged within 3 days of product arrival. All items need to be returned to us in saleable condition and your shipping charges will be refunded. If items are damaged, you must keep all packaging. We will file a claim with our insurance company.

If you would like to return an item you purchased by mistake (wrong size, color or model, for example), please contact us.
