SHIPPING - PAYMENT - RETURN POLICY:
SHIPPING
We ship 100% with the United States Post Office.
Packages are shipped within 3 days of received cleared payment. (For Payments via echeck please see PAYPAL policy and expected clearing date as clearing date can be 4-5 days after payment).
DOMESTIC (TO A USA DESTINATION)
Each items is assessed as to the safest and cheapest options for shipping:
(Example: If we can pack it and ship it safely for under 13 oz we will offer first class shipping which is the cheapest USA destination offered.)
• Media Mail is only available for Books, DVDs, Tapes, and similar. Shipping time: 5 -9 days
• First Class Mail – only for items up to 13 oz, (May be packed in a bubbled envelope.) Shipping time 3-5 days
• Parcel Post – For large, heavy packages shipping to areas farther from us (we are in Florida) Shipping time 5-9 days cross country.
• Priority Mail – For most item weighing more than 13 oz . Shipping time 2-3 days.

COMBINED SHIPPING
• We gladly combine multiple items purchase within the same 5 days to the same address
• As we try and get the best shipping rate for our customers and due to varied sizes and weights of the items we ship, it is necessary to manually adjust the invoice which can take up to 48 hours to ensure the best shipping rate. (We don’t just take 1 or 2 dollars off the shipping cost off the additional items.) Sometimes buying multiple quantities can save $5 - $10 dollars off the shipping cost and we roll that savings back to the buyer ) Most items to a USA destination it is only 2-3 dollars more for an additional item.
• For items paid separately going to the same address – if we catch it before they ship we will combine the items and process a refund for the difference. (However, due to time between purchases, where it falls on our shipping schedule, and volume especially as we go into the Holiday gift giving season we cannot guarantee that separately paid items will be combined or that there will be any savings if paid separately. It is always best to make arrangements prior to payment or purchase.
• International items we gladly combine items as this can be a huge savings. However, there are size and weight restrictions so best to get a quote prior to purchase. Please see INTERNATIONAL ORDERS below for more information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you live outside the United States of America please read carefully (APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, and Guam postage is treated as domestic):
• All packages with combined value of USD $50.00 or more, over 4 lbs in weight and oversized must ship via USPS Priority Mail International. We currently do offer USPS First class air post for smaller items but this is subject to restrictions (First Class Air Post not offered to all countries) and may change at any point.
USPS Priority Mail International is fully insured, includes point to point tracking, and usually take 6-10 business days to arrive, any hold time at customs is out of our control. (First Class Air Post usually takes 10 - 21 days – if you need it sooner please choose the faster Priority Service.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• All items refused because of customs duties will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping costs to the buyer and for the return to us.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
RETURNS
Treasure Trove Toys Return Policy
1) We must be notified of the return within 5 days of receipt of your product. Please email you through ebay messaging system within 5 days to get an address and return number.
2) Returned item must be new in factory sealed condition. If an item that is opened and no longer in saleable condition is returned to us we cannot accept it for return and we will not be able to reimburse you for the shipping costs. (Open, broken items and items that have clearly be put back into box and taped or stapled are not new in factory sealed condition.) (Clothing, costume, linens, or luggage type item must be still new with tags and in sellable condition...items that have had tags removed, stains, rips, overly stretched and/ or in any other way making them no longer sellable as NWT will not be accepted.)
Please package carefully.
3) If buyer decides they do not want an item and chooses to return it buyer accepts
full responsibility of all return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee
will be deducted from the refund. A refund through paypal will be processed within 5 days of the receipt of the item returned.
4) If return is due to an error on our part (wrong item received) we will accept full responsibility for return shipping costs, (please use USPS First class mail or Priority Mail). We will ship the correct item once mistake has been received and/or verified or refund the item at the buyer’s discretion. (We will refund the entire purchase if item is no longer available.)
5) Items refused, return to sender, bad address, not picked up, or undeliverable as wrong address subject to a 20% restocking fee (in addition to shipping).
