Shipping & Handling

1. We do NOT ship Internationally!
   WE SHIP TO THE USA ONLY!
   
2. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED DEFAULT ADDRESS IN YOUR U.S. ISSUED PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
   NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
4. Please understand that once we deliver your item to FedEx or USPS the delivery of the item is in their hands. 
5. FedEx shipments are provided with a tracking number and may require a signature if shipment is over $250.00.
6. We do NOT require a signature on shipments under $250.00 so items will be left at door by FedEx. 
7. USPS shipments are provided a delivery confirmation number, these are not tracking numbers. 
8. We are not responsible for items lost by USPS.  Once item is marked delivered by USPS we do not refund or reship items.

10. We reserve to the right to upgrade the customers shipping, when neceassary at our own expense.
11. The method for our 'Free Shipping' option is determined by us on the day of shipment. We use either USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL depending on who is currently providing us with the best rates and service

1. Please send all correspondance through the ebay messaging system.
2. Our offices are open Monday through Friday  9AM to 5PM PST. We are closed on weekends and holidays. You may only reach us in these hours either by phone or via email.

Return Policy

1. All exchanges with Grassroots Computers must be processed within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days all exchanges must be processed through the manufacturer. For our full return policy click here.
2. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for defective or non defective product . This includes D.O.A. items.
3. Items that are not compatible with buyers systems can be returned less a 15% restocking fee, within 30 days of purchase.
4. All returns must have all original packaging and accessories.
5. All returns must be in new condition and packaged properly.
6. For any item that does not have a warranty period stated, there is no warranty implied or offered by Grassroots-Computers.
7. All units returned that are not defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
8. Defective items or contents discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order Processing Times

1. We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
2. Standard Order Processing time: 1-3 Days from date of payment your item should leave our warehouse.
3. Estimated Order Transit time: 2-10 Business Days from shipment date.
4. Total Estimated Delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 12 days.

Payment Information

1. Paypal: Must be from US confirmed address. We only accept  payment from US issued PayPal accounts. No exceptions! 
2. Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express. (US Issued Credit Cards Only) Please contact us by phone to pay by credit card.

Bidding Agreement

1. Your bid is a legal binding agreement. All auctions are expected to be paid for within 7 days or purchase.
