- Defective products within 1 month from the
date of your winning item are offered a Brand
new exchange item. We will be responsible
for only shipping charges for sending the new
replacement, not the return charge.

exchange period are covered for 90 Days
manufacturing warranty. However after 1
month period all shipping charges are the
buyer's expense.
- If Item is defective and not working, please
report the item to us immediately in order to
receive an RMA number. The RMA number must
be included in the return package in order for
replacement or repairs to take place.
- Units returned and found not to be defective
