Fantastic Four #112.  Classic Hulk vs. Thing.  By Stan Lee.

I have checked all defects with the Overstreet Grading Manual and they support my gradings. 

#112 is graded at VG+.  This is a decent looking book from 1971.  Little spine wear, just a few creases.  What prevents this from being higher graded is that the cover is faded in spots and there is moderate foxing that breaks the color (this is clearly seen in the cover picture I provide).   The cover is firmly attached.  Inside is very clean. Off-white pages.  Book Value: $31.

I do not claim to be a professional grader, but I have been grading a long time and base my system after the Overstreet Comic Book Grading Manual.  I also consult other graders on older books.
