This vehicle has never seen use and comes to you sealed in its original packaging. The box has some wear from shelving & storage, mostly around the edges.
The owner is parting with several other Power of the Force line vehicles & figures --all mint in package! Don't forget to keep an eye on our other listings!

Shipping is non-refundable on returns. As of September 2009, insurance is automatically factored into our listed shipping costs, hence the rise in handling charges. US Shipping & Handling: Most of our auctions offer a choice of either USPS Priority or UPS Ground. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. We also reserve the right to substitute one service for another, or use an additional shipping service at our discretion.
Insurance: As of September 22, 2009 eBay will no longer allow sellers to offer optional insurance charges in addition to shipping & handling. Due to this policy change, an estimated insurance cost will now be automatically included in our handling fees from this day forward, hence the rise in our shipping & handling charges.
A delivery confirmation signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions. We also reserve the right to select which insurance carrier will be used to insure your package.
Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.
International Shipping: We currently offer shipping worldwide via USPS Priority International.
International Buyers - Please Note: Regarding Duties
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the listed item price or shipping charges These additional charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please contact your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- All duties, taxes, and import charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company, or charged when you physically pick the item up --do not confuse them for additional shipping or handling costs.

Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping on small to mid-size items. We are not able to provide quotes for combined shipping before the auction's end. We will refund the difference after the items has been processed and packaged, as the combined rate will be determined after we have packaged your winnings.
LOCAL PICK UP: During our checkout procedure, you may select the "Local Pick-Up" option if you are planning to be in our area soon after the auction's end, or if you live locally. Please contact us at service.or084@i-soldit.com for any questions regarding locally picking-up your winnings. The in-store pick-up option of this item is ONLY available at this Tualatin, Oregon location.
RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold-It strives to accurately describe and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence. We will only accept returns on an item if your winnings are not as described in said auction. All items are sold As Is.
If the item was not as described in the listing, and you would like to return it, you must contact us to initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving the item. We currently do not have a return policy on items shipped outside of the United States. |

Forms of Payment:
We only accept payment through PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept any other forms of payment . Our checkout system also won't accept PayPal or eBay promotional gift certificates or discounts. There will be no exceptions to these policies.
Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. (Note: If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please look through your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box.)
Prompt Payment:
The checkout process must be completed within 7 days of the auction's close. If payment isn't received within this time period, we will file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert with eBay. |

What will my shipping and handling fees be?

Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.
What does "Powered on but not tested" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.
What does "Sold As Is" mean?
We make every effort to fully test items we sell. However, since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
What is an ISI#?
iSold It runs thousands of auctions every day. The ISI# is a unique number we assign to our auctions to track them in our internal systems. Please refer to the ISI# whenever possible when contacting us for customer assistance.
I purchased multiple items. Can you combine my shipping?
We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determine at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.
I have not received an invoice for the item.
After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay.
