The Topps Certification for the Autograph is on the back of the card.  I'm not an expert in grading but  my opinion is this card is possibly in Nearmint Condition with some chipping on the front bottom middle black border below the EL in Rachel. . . Please see scan for condition. Bidders with less than 10 feedback please contact seller before bidding. Shipping In The U.S.A. is $3.99 USPS 1ST Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation Included.  Insurance is not offered due to Ebay's New Policy. . International shipping rate is $13.80 USPS REGISTERED International Mail which provides a Tracking Number.
