Fairyland China Dragon cups saucers made in Japan

Hello,  We are offering for NO RESERVE auction the following  truely beautiful WHITE china with covered with alot of GOLD dragons.

This item and many other (see listings) are from an estate sale in Northern Virginia. 

You are looking at a Fairyland China Dragon Cup and Saucer Tea Set.   It includes EIGHT cups, EIGHT  saucers and a metal display/ carrying stand.  Please look closely at the pictures.  We can take more if you require.

 The  EIGHT cups measure 2-1/8"high and 2-1/5" diameter.  The cup has a golden ring around the outside of the top of the cup,  a very LARGE raised painting (giving a 3 dimensional effect) golden dragon around the middle.  The outside of the handle is completely covered in golden color. There is also a golden ring around the bottom edge. Please see pictures for the manufacturers stamp located on the bottom of each cup. There seems to be an overlay of golden in certain places and stoping short in others, giving the impression of chips but we think it was just how it was made.

 The SEVEN saucers measures 4-3/4" wide (diameter) and ONE saucer measures 4-5/8" wide (diameter).  They have a simular dragon as described above with the cups.  They also are rimmed in a golden tone and also has the manufactures stamp on the bottom.  We are at a total loss as to why one of the plates is a different size.

 The stand/carrier is 13-1/8" long and 9-1/4" tall (including handle). 

 This is an absolutely gorgeous set.  The total weight (UNPACKAGED) is 4lbs.

  Truely a rare and amazing find.  It's in excellent Condition with no found (see descriptions above) chips or cracks as seen in the pictures.
