Shipping Policy:  Local pick up is always available-(Teays Valley-Scott Depot WV area only).  We will ship anywhere that the USPS will ship to.  If you are ordering out of the United States, you need to notify me before you purchase the item. There will be additional surcharges and fees depending on the country and specifications required and how you want the item(s) shipped.  I must verify shipping price and approve this transaction before you purchase the item and I have the right to cancel this transaction if you do not follow the above request.  We only use the United States Postal Service in most circumstances and try to use US Priority Mail in most of our shipments.  We require delivery confirmation on all shipments and insurance will be optional at your cost only.  Products with batteries in them or packaged with the item that have been in the store for some time may have an exhausted battery life and will need to be replaced after purchase at your cost.  

NOTE:  If you need an item by a particular date, the United States Postal Service does not guarantee “any shipments by date of delivery” unless you use Overnight Express Mail service.  All mail shipped other than Overnight Express Mail is an estimated time only.  You must use Overnight Express Mail Service to get this guarantee. This “guarantee” only gets the money I spent back on shipment of the item(s) and does not constitute a refusal option on your part.  I do not accept returns under any circumstances and all sales are final.  Please also specify on your order the date you need your item to arrive by to verify the shipment method!

Pictures and descriptions of Items:  The picture and or listing of item(s) is for one (1) item/listing only unless specified.  The item might be a picture that views “several/multiple” items of the same or a different product in the same picture.  This will help show the size, shape, color scheme of different sizes or different colors available and/or it may be a universal picture that is used for different listings.  In some cases, the picture of an item may not match the description because of the large quantity of items available.  Example: a picture of a #2 WVU College Gold Jersey, the description may state it is a #10 WVU Gold Jersey.  It will state the correct color and size of the item being sold, but again may show a picture of a different number.  The weight, color or size description may not be described exact on each product-so the picture should tell you what it basically looks like, in most cases.  Depending on the manufacture of the items the color or makeup of the item may be slightly different!

Refunds/Returns:  Check with the manufacturer warranty, if applicable, with the product you purchased if there is a defect.  “All Sales are final” unless otherwise stated...
