3 days after the buyer receives it | Exchange | Returns accepted ONLY if sent wrong item, AND item has not been opened or used. That does not include a item received damaged. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind or purchased the wrong item. We do not ship damaged or broken items. Any defects of material or workmanship are NOT returnable to seller, those items must be handled by manufacturer's warranty. Any item customer claims received damaged will be reviewed by us and we will determine if actually sent that way or if item was damaged after shipped. If we determine that item was damaged during shipment it is NOT returnable. If insurance was purchased, we will assist with filing claims, but not responsible for same. Any item we determine damaged in shipment and NOT insured is the complete responsibility of the purchaser (customer) and we will not accept liability for items customer refusal to insure or failure to protect with insurance. We document most items condition at ship with pictures and video to substantiate it's proper condition at ship. Any such evidence if a dispute arises will be the bases for establishing items condition at shipment. By voluntarily bidding or purchasing any item from this seller you agree to any and all these policies and conditions and legally agree to abide by them and our decisions. We take proper care of our customers and handling any dispute we may be liable for without outside or other involvement, but we won't take liability for a 3rd party mishandling or a manufacturer's defect. Claiming an item was received damage making false claims that we as the seller sent the item in a damaged condition and trying to deny that it happened during shipment by the carrier is a deceitful tactic to try to negate the purchaser's responsibility to properly insure their purchase and will be dealt with legally if necessitated. We are fair and honest seller's, we take 'proper' care in packaging and handling, items a re inspected at ship for it's proper condition and we do not ship any item that is not as stated in the auction unless and/or until purchaser is notified of any change in items condition and acceptance or rejection of item is established by email. We only ask our customer's to be fair and honest also. We will do all we can and more to handle honest disputes, we will also take steps to protect ourselves from situations that are not our responsibility. All items have a tracking number, any item shown missing in shipment that bears absolutely NO receipt by PO is of course seller's responsibility (EXCEPTION: as seller, we have the right to wait a proper time period before taking responsibility and have the right to contact postal service for in depth tracking which is rarely shown online. If can be established and postal service business computers show receipt of said package, then it becomes a insurance situation and seller's liability is ended). Any item shipped and tracking is established but then goes missing is an insurance situation and NOT seller's responsibility and is to be handled same as a damage claim. Thank you |
