**SALES TERMS PLEASE READ**
Your winning bid or "Buy It Now" purchase is a legally
binding contract that requires the bidder to follow through
with payment for the auction. If you cannot make this
commitment, please do not bid.
Auction Policies
All sales are FINAL. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
We are not affiliated with any box office and we do not sell tickets
for face value. Due to the cost of securing tickets along with
the service that is provided, all seats are therefore sold at
above face value.
Internet sales are not in real time -
therefore, all tickets are subject to availability and change.
Our business hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday through
Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Friday EST.
Orders placed after 3:00pm EST on weekdays, on a holiday, or on
weekends, may not be processed until the next business day.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with
incorrect information due to typographical error, error
in pricing, or product information received from our suppliers,
StubWorld, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Ticket Policies
Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could
be as late as the day of the event. If you do not receive
your tickets at least 2 days prior to the event, you must call
or e-mail our office so we can track your shipment.
StubWorld, Inc. is not responsible for late deliveries if you do
not call us at least 2 days prior to the event to
advise us that you have not received your tickets.
Ticket availability and prices quoted are subject to change
without notice. Ticket prices and availability are not
guaranteed until orders are confirmed with a representative
by calling us directly. (866) 788-2849
StubWorld, Inc. is not responsible for auctions
that are not confirmed with us via telephone.
StubWorld, Inc. further reserves the right to refuse any
order at our discretion. We will contact you if the tickets you
ordered are no longer available or if we are unable to
fill the order as you requested.
We reserve the right to upgrade your tickets for the same price.
We may offer you alternate seats if the original seats
you requested are not available.
We may also direct you back to our online ordering site to review current inventory.
None of the Covered Parties are responsible for any errors or delays
in responding to an order caused by an incorrect e-mail address provided
by you or other technical problems beyond their control.
Shipping Policies
Our standard method of shipping is FedEx Standard overnight.
We also have USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx International Priority for Canada.
Regarding USPS Priority Mail shipping, we recommend that
this option should only be used when an event is more than
two weeks away. Events taking place in less than two
weeks should be shipped via FedEx only unless otherwise advised
by a StubWorld Representative. We require a signature on all deliveries.
Only when an event is within a few days some tickets will be
available for a local pickup, Will-Call, or E-Mail. These last
two options are only available when confirmed by
a representative of StubWorld, Inc.
If tickets need to be picked up at the Box Office or another
designated location, please call to inform us who will be
picking up the tickets. You must bring your photo ID and
the credit card used in order to pick-up tickets.
StubWorld, Inc. shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays,
cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation
caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion,
by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability,
or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of StubWorld, Inc.
Payment Policies
The default method of payment for an auction is immediate payment through paypal,
with a confirmed address. If for whatever reason the confirmed paypal address
is not used as the shipping address, the following information must be provided.
The correct billing address, as well as three phone numbers if possible,
with one being a land line connected to the billing address. Please send
this information along with an explanation as to why you do not wish to
ship the tickets to your confirmed address to our email address.
We will then be able to ship the tickets out to the address requested.
