Better known for his participation in the group "Raydio" (a funk and R&B vocal group formed in 1977, by Ray Parker Jr.,), this was a solo venture for Rori (a.k.a. Charles J. Fearing).  Not a lot of other info available about this - but this is Electronic - Tecno style music.
 
As a guitarist, Charles Fearing has done a lot of other 'background' band work in other groups - especially with Barry White on A & M Records.  Qwest Records was a 'spin-off' label of A & M.
 
CONDITION

VINYL - NEAR MINT CONDITION.  It is BRIGHT, SHINY, CLEAN and looks like it's never been used. 

INNER SLEEVE - It is housed in a see-through plasic sleeve, also in very good condition. 

COVER - GOOD CONDITION PLUS - Shows some ring wear mainly on the back because the back is white, and has the former owners' initials of "J.W." on it in ink - about 1 inch x 1 inch in size.  Has some minor wear on the corners.
