Shipping and Returns

We generally ship within one business day. Returns can be accepted only if you contact us within three (3) days of receipt, and only in the case of a product that was not what was listed, or is defective/does not work when it is received. Upon return in the same condition in which it was received, we will cheerfully refund your money or ship a replacement, according to your preference and product availability.

We ship all items with insurance against loss or damage at no additional charge for your peace of mind. If a damage claim is necessary, require the courier to note the damage (if possible) and save the outer box in case the courier requires proof of damage.

Payment

We accept Paypal exclusively for payment. Your payment should be sent via Paypal within three (3) days of the auction end (for regular auctions) or within three (3) days from the time you click "Buy It Now" and commit to a purchase. We can make exceptions to this rule in some cases, but only if you contact us prior to bidding.

No-Nonsense Warranty

We warrant this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. During that period, we will repair or replace the product (at our discretion) if a defect is manifest, and you notify us promptly, and send the product to us according to our instructions. If you have to make a warranty claim, and we require you to send the product to us to complete your claim, we will pay for the shipping. The warranty does not cover products that have been dropped, misused, abused or modified.
