I try hard to be a 5 Star Seller .. but I cannot do that if my buyers do not know what shipping costs are or what shipping time means.  I do use exact shipping weight for shipping cost with a .50 handling fee.  My handling fee covers everything from ink, padded envelopes, tape, bubble wrap, peanuts and delivery confirmation.  I definitely do NOT profit from this handling fee.  Please take the time to know what shipping costs are.  I live in WV and zip is 26101.  Costs can be verified at www.usps.com.  Shipping time is quite different from delivery time.  I control shipping but not delivery.  Most items are shipped next day (M-F).  Know that Ebay only considers a 5 star as "good" and they are now basing our fees on this rating.  Communication~you will receive 2 messages from me.  One will come from Paypal with your delivery confirmation number, the other is a personal message letting you know when the item is shipping.  The item description is located below.  I try to describe to the best of my ability, but do sometimes make a mistake.  If I do, please contact me immediately and I WILL fix any problems!

Description-Uncut.  McCalls 4677.  Size 3/4-46-48.  All sizes one envelope.  Misses, Mens Childrens, Boys And Girls Tops, Scarf, mittens, Hat And Roll Up Blanket.  Top has funnel neck, scarf has fringe, mittens have elastic casing, has has fringe, instructions included for roll up blanket with fringe.

Spam filters and incorrect email addresses are becoming more and more of a problem.  If you do not get a response to a question, invoice, etc., PLEASE check your spam filter and email address!!  At auction end, you will receive a message from me letting you know when item ships and a confirmation number for your package.  If you did not receive this, make sure your paypal email address is correct!

Shipping and Payment-I will most certainly combine items for shipping, but I will not endanger the item arriving to you safely by packing too many items to a box.  Please give me time to package and re-weigh items to send you an accurate invoice.  I do ship almost everyday (M-F).  I do ship via Priority Mail, but will use parcel post on heavy items only.  Items must have delivery confirmation.  Please do not hesitate to ask questions, so you have no surprises!!  I want YOU to be happy! 

Payment MUST be received within 7 days or I will file NPB and leave negative feedback!!!!  Feedback will be left when transaction is totally complete and I have heard that you have received item.  Please ask questions if unsure!

Returns-I try hard to describe items accurately, but I am only human and do make an occasional mistake.  If I do, please contact me and I am usually a most agreeable person.  I do not refund postage under any circumstances.

International Bidders-will ship only with Paypal payment in American Currency.  If you have any negative feedback, less than 15 International transactions or Private, you must contact me first or bid will be removed!  I will not put an incorrect amount or item title on customs forms-so please do not ask.  Shipping is done via USPS Priority or DHL.  Please contact me BEFORE auction end to receive shipping estimate.
