If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please visit our returns page for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the Home Network Supply warehouse within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.
If a product is not defective - the buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs and will be credited for their order minus the original shipping charge upon receipt by Home Network Supply.
If a product is defective or has been incorrectly sent, the buyer should obtain an RMA number and return the item to Home Network Supply. Should we deem the product defective or incorrectly sent, we will refund your shipping cost up to $7 for domestic shipments and $9 for international shipments and we will send a replacement or the correct item. Furthermore, Home Network Supply will only refund shipping costs if the customer chooses to replace the item. If the customer wishes to return the defective or incorrect item for a refund, no shipping costs will be refunded by Home Network Supply.
If the item is deemed not defective or correctly sent, no shipping charges will be refunded. We will take your input into consideration when determining whether or not the product is defective; however, as the seller and expert on the product sold, Home Network Supply will ultimately have the final determination if a product is, in fact, defective. After testing and analysis, all decisions concerning defectiveness are final. The customer will be promptly informed of the decision made.
NOTE: Home Network Supply recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Home Network Supply or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. |
