No matter what shipping method is chosen, if we receive your order by 4 PM Central Standard Time on Monday - Friday, we will send it out that day. If you order on a weekend or a public holiday, we will ship your order the next business day. Customers living in Alaska and Hawaii can order these products for a $9.99 flat shipping fee. Red Rhino Sports will ship your order with the most economical method available. In most cases that is Fed Ex Smart Post. This will provide a Fed Ex shipment tracking number and will be delivered by the US Postal Service. International Super Saver Shipping - select "Other - International Economy" Customers living in countries other than USA can order these products for a super low shipping price, starting at $5.99. Additional products will cost $2.00 extra to ship. Red Rhino Sports will ship your order with the most economical method available. In most cases that is Fed Ex FIMS. This includes limited tracking but not a guaranteed delivery date. The order is shipped from the US to the destination country by Fed Ex and the final delivery is made by the local postal service. Return Policy
Red Rhino Sports has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers can return any un-used and non-customized products purchased from Red Rhino Sports up to 30 days after receipt of the order.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Please package merchandise securely and in original packaging, using UPS shipping, or US Postal Service Insured.
Items returned without the original packaging, after the 30 days after receipt of order will have to be approved. If the return is approved, it will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Please keep the tracking number in a secure place.
