Click on the Check-Out button at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment proces. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.Check-Out Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item. If you plan on buying more items, then please do so first before completing your checkout or you will not be able to receive the automated Multi-Item Shipping Discount. |

| SHIPPING Save 50% on shipping of multiple items. Discount does not apply to the item with the greatest shipping cost, but will apply to any additional items purchased thereafter. Example for 3 items with shipping charges of $20.00, $10.00, $5.00: Shipping total with multi-item discount is $27.50 ($20.00 + $10.00/2 + $5.00/2). Feel free to shop for additional items, as your shopping cart will be kept open for 7 days after the first item is added! All items must be shipped to the same address. Multiple item shipping discounts will only be automatically applied when using our Channel Advisor checkout system. If you plan on buying more items, then please do so first before completing your checkout or you will not be able to receive the automated multi-item shipping discount.  Most items are shipped via FedEx within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of payment. (USPS is generally used on some small/light weight orders.) Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping is delivered via FedEx Ground which is only available in the lower 48 states. International Purchasing: It's the bidders responsibility for any Customs (Duties, Taxes, VAT) Fees within the bidders Country! International Hazardous Material Shipping: Shipping hazardous material to some international countries will incur additional shippping charges. | RETURNS 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not satisfied with your purchase from TCP GLOBAL, return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less original shipping charges). To return an item, an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number is required. Call us at 858-909-2111 or email us at returns@tcpglobal.com to obtain this number before shipping your item back. Send back your return with a copy of the original order. Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. See your TCP Global Invoice for more information regarding returns policy (Please note that returns made without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed and will not be accepted). Once the product is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount. We cannot refund original shipping charges. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase. Specific Product Return Exceptions: DVD's are not returnable – if defective or damaged they will only be replaced. Flammable or Hazardous Paint Items: We must have Picture Documentation of Damage sent or emailed to us on all Paint related items (Liquid Paint, Pearls, and Metal Flakes) in order to authorize a RGA number. Do not return paint via U.S. Mail. |
