Epsom Salt ~ (magnesium sulfate)

 Studies show these benefits from the major components of Epsom Salt may:

Dry Milk ~ It has been said that Egyptian queen Cleopatra used milk for her baths.  Dry milk gives the bath a luxurious, silky feeling and it softens and tones the skin.

 Carrier Oil ~ is used to help blend and dilute the essential oil. It also softens and nourishes the skin.

 Lavender Essential Oil ~  great  for relaxing and balancing the mind and body. Aids sleep, soothes tired muscles, benefits the immune system, and encourages stillness and tranquility.

About me and why I make Bath Salts :

I love using bath salts and what bath salts can do for your body and mind.  Since I have become a stay at home mom, I started to research the idea of making my own bath salts.  Many can be quite expensive and some cheaper ones really don't do anything for you.  So I decided to make my own.  I have researched and experimented and have created some bath salts that I feel are really good.  I hope you will try them and enjoy them as I do.  Many people in todays rushed society don't take the time for a bath.  It is unfortunate because a bath can do wondrous things for you body and mind.  Thanks for viewing my listing.  Any questions, feel free to email me.

Lavender is considered one of the safest essential oils, however if have concerns, consult your doctor first

Shipping:

I was putting the salts in plastic or glass jars, but shipping was too expensive, so I use bags now and ship in small flat rate boxes to save the buyer money.  One 16oz bag fits nicely in the small flat rate box, if you purchase more than one, then I will use a medium flat rate box.  So there are no additional charges for handling or anything.
