SHIPPING

Unless specified on the auction, we ship all items within 24 to 72 hours upon receiving payment. With the exception of weekends and holidays.

We use UPS as our main courier. Insurance will be offered at checkout. It is optional, but highly recommended. We cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged products that occurred during transit.

We offer a flat fee shipping rate, and customer can request to combine multiple items for one flat rate fee.

Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and other countries please check with us for shipping rates. The cost will vary base on your location. If you purchase a product without consulting for the proper shipping cost, and made an immediate payment via PAYPAL, we will request the remaining balance before making a shipment.





RETURNS

We guarantee against any defective products. A full refund will be provided for any defective, damaged or misrepresented items within 7 business days after receiving of the item.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, modification, alternation, misuse, repair or physical damage.

The warranty will be provided to the original purchaser only and a copy of the original invoice is required.
