The parcel will be delivered to your door.

 If no one is home an unable to deliver card will be left allowing you to collect your parcel

from the closest Australia Post Shop.

Your new Weather Station is covered by a Full 6 month Australian warranty provided by Excelatek from the date of purchase.

If your product develops a fault due to normal use we will repair the item with replacement parts as required.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, misuse, accidental damage, damage caused by an act of god, or wear and tear.

The warranty is a return to base warranty, this means that any faulty items must be returned to us with the shipping charges prepaid.  We can not accept unpaid deliveries or COD.  Excelatek will return the repaired item to you with the return shipping charges prepaid.

If an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent.  The approval to return an item under warranty must be given before an item is returned to Excelatek by emailing support@excelatek.com.
