The Tupperware I sell is NEW unless otherwise stated in BIG LETTERS in the TITLE and the description. so there should be no need for this information, but if you did have an older DEFECTIVE piece you can contact Tupperware at 1-888-TUPWARE. I am NOT a Tupperware consultant and can not handle defectives, sorry.
