A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
SHIPPING:We will ship within 2-6 business days after payment clears. PLEASE PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER for shipping purposes. Item will not ship without a contact number.
Items will be delivered for FREE to a commercial business address OR to the closest freight terminal nearest you for pick up (UPS Freight/Vitran Express/Southeastern Freight). Residential curbside delivery is also available for an additional $80... you will need to assist the driver in unloading your merchandise off of the truck. Any damages or shortages are guaranteed ONLY if they are stated on the freight bill with your signature and the delivery driver's signature. LOCAL PICKUP IS AVAILABLE.
DAMAGES: It is normal for the packaging to show some wear and tear during shipping transit so please be sure to open the boxes and check that there are no damages. When you receive your product, you must inspect it for damages or shortages before the delivery driver leaves. Do NOT sign the freight bill until you have checked your items. If there are any damages or shortages, it must be written on the freight bill and then signed by you and the truck driver (drivers are REQUIRED to wait for you to inspect your items, if they do not wait for you to inspect, please note on the receipt "driver will not wait for inspection"), or a claim will not be filed and we will not be refunded and cannot replace the merchandise. No exceptions.

RETURNS: We offer a one week guarantee. If you don't like your merchandise, you have 7 days (from the day you receive your items) to let us know you would like to return it. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the return. You must repack everything into its original boxes and crate/package it for return shipping. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Once we receive your return and check it for any damages or shortages, we will issue your refund minus 20% restocking fee minus the original shipping charges and minus any damages or shortages from your return.
