~Personalized Philadelphia Phillies Ultrasound Poem~ Perfect to give as a Baby Shower gift!~


You will receive 1 customized poem, measuring 8.5x11 inches.  Poems will fit in an 8.5x11 inch frame OR can be trimmed to fit in an 8x10 frame. This poem would also be a perfect addition to baby's scrapbook.  It will be printed on heavy 110 lb. white cardstock.  You can attach your own picture in the space provided, or cut out the oval and attach your picture from behind.  Either way, your precious keepsake will be forever preserved!

What do I get to customize?  You may choose to personalize this poem with the baby's name (or simply last name if a first name hasn't been chosen yet- for example "Baby Weaver") and the baby's arrival month and year.  You can substitute this information with 2 lines of text of your own choosing.  *If you do not specify personalization, the area will be left blank.*
