If you have any questions or are unsure regarding any aspect of the auction, please ask questions before placing a bid. We welcome questions and they are answered promptly.

SHIPPING POLICY

We provide shipping discounts to multiple orders and ONLY ship within the U.S,

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is accepted by Paypal only. We require receipt of your payment within 10 days, no exceptions. If payment is not received in that time frame we reserve the right to re-list the item, report you to ebay, and leave appropriate feedback.   Some auction items will require immediate payment.  Please check the auction to be sure you know whether or not it requires immediate payment by Paypal.   

SATISFACTION POLICY

We try very hard to offer good, quality items, describe them as accurately as we can and show our items with representative pictures. If we have made an error regarding quality or size, we will offer a refund, however there will be a 10% return fee deducted. To request a return authorization, you must email us within 24 hours of receiving the item.  Once your return request has been accepted, the item must then shipped back to us within 72 hours of contact in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
