TERMS/RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or credit you for any items with which you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned to Bacheloresque within 7 days of the delivery date in unworn and perfect condition.

Please note that the following are not returnable or exchangeable: all custom embroidered items, underwear, and boxers. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping of exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel the bids of users with excessive bid retractions or excessive negative feedback.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via Paypal, money order/cashier’s check, personal check, and credit card. Checks must clear before we ship your item. Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction ending. After the 7th day we will file an unpaid item dispute and relist the item. We charge sales tax for items shipped to Nevada (7.75%). This tax applies to subtotal + S&H for Nevada only. SHIPPING

We ship to the 48 continental United States. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and foreign countries requires approval via email before you submit a bid. In some cases, shipping to these locations will cost extra. Shipping charges include the actual postage cost plus packing materials. To avoid damage during transit, we pack your item with great care.We ship with UPS and USPS depending on the package size and destination. Signature required if winning bid is $250 or more. You will receive an email with tracking information once a shipping label is printed. Your item will be shipped within two business days upon receiving payment.
