Tired of looking for that true deal on ebay for your own Kilt.

I offer 8, 9, and 10 yard-- 16 ounce 100% wool kilts in over 150 tartans.

These are true genuine kilts made of real wool!

 Sizes available for the same price from the smallest waist ,all the way up to a 60 inch waist! 

Kilts below a 50 inch waist are 8 yards of material

Kilts over 50 inches up to 60 inches, require 9 to 10 yards (no extra charge!!!!)

Being a major supplier to Pipe Bands and Individuals for over 15 years,

I am able to supply all the tartans listed below in any size you require.

Your tartan is woven in the United Kingdom and then hand stitched here in the United States.

My kilts are top grade quality with the "purist" in mind. They are the same grade kilts that are used by military units.

The kilt in the third picture is one of my own personal kilts, which is 15 years old! It still wears like iron and looks as crisp as the first day it was worn. These are garments made to last you a lifetime. All kilts are made by the same person and carefully hand sewn and stitched, then re-inspected before shipping.

  Being frugal about cost, but at same time delivering top quality, means I can pass savings onto you! Upon purchase, you will be sent a confirmation email and I will require three easy measurements from you, and your kilt will be in your hands within 4-6 weeks.

Why 16oz Wool versus other weights and material ???

To each their own, but for someone who has worn kilts for over 40 years at least 4-6 times a week, the 16 ounce real wool tartans are only topped by the 18 oz military weight cloth. Heavier weight real wool holds and wears much better than lighter weight cloth.

You don't want to hear my thoughts on acrylic and poly materials some use for kilts. My Scottish mother always said if you don't have nothing good to say, don't say it at all!

 A kilt is an investment and please do your research, especially if this your first kilt.   A 16oz will hold the pleats much better, and have a wonderful "swish" in the back. Survey the veterans out there, the majority will agree.

BONUS: Matching Tartan Flashes

Our kilts are lined, with Three Fastening Straps-- two fastening straps on the right side (one for the hip) and one strap on the left.

You also have the choice of having the traditional pleat to the sett (Back pattern looks the same as the front apron) or we can pleat the kilt to the stripe at no extra charge. This is also known as military style pleating (see picture that says "Pleated to the Stripe") Pleating to the stripe is also popular with Pipe Bands

Please note: Please ignore at the bottom of page where it states Handling time of 20 days. Your kilt is a custom tailored item made to your measurements and it generally takes 4-6 weeks upon payment for it to be finished and in your hands.

UPON CHECK OUT:

State the tartan/shade and state whether you want your kilt pleated to the sett or to the stripe** (note** Not all tartans can be pleated to the stripe, so check with me first.)

I will contact you and send you the measurement guide  or you can send it ahead if you know how to measure already- 3 measurements:

1. Your Kilt Waist Size at your navel

2.Your Hip Size (around the widest portion)

3. Kneeling on the floor, have someone measure from mid knee to the top of your hipbone

(if your tartan is not listed below, inquire and we may be able to obtain it for a wee bit more in cost)
