We are not responsible for delays at customs etc. Buyer pays any customs fees, brokerage etc. associated with purchase. We will combine shipping to give you the best price that is available if you buy multiple lots. It generally adds very little. Media mail does not exist in Canada. We take great care with products in packing, but we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items by the post office, but will file claims on your behalf if necessary.
Payment: Notification of payment must be received within 3 days of the close of auction - I don't have to receive the payment, simply mark it in ebay as being sent. If payment notification isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert issued. We accept Paypal, certified cheques or International Money Orders (US postal MO are PINK NOT green. We cannot cash the green ones in Canada). No other forms of payment accepted including personal cheques, goats or chickens as offered by previous buyers - I don't care if you are queen of your own country, I do not accept these.
Books: General condition stated only, not specific
Art: Condition refers to the art itself and not the frame. Appraisals are available for an extra fee.
