This is a heart-shaped ruby pendant with diamond accents. The diamonds are round and GVS quality. The stones are set in 18k white gold with a 16 inch 18k white gold chain with diamonds throughout the chain. Excellent quality and beautiful red color. The pendant is 2.46cts total and brand new with a retail value of $7300.
