What will my shipping and handling fees be?
Most items that we sell have a flat rate shipping cost which is stated at the top of the listing. We sometimes can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we do ship to some international locations.
Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.
What does "Powered on but not tested" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.
What does "Sold As Is" mean?
We make every effort to fully test items we sell. However, since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
What is an ISI#?
iSold It runs thousands of auctions every day. The ISI# is a unique number we assign to our auctions to track them in our internal systems. Please refer to the ISI# whenever possible when contacting us for customer assistance.
I purchased multiple items. Can you combine my shipping?
We can sometimes combine shipping, but it is not always practical due to the wide variety of items that we sell. Therefore, we do not provide a discount for combined shipping.
I have not received an invoice for the item.
After each of our auctions close, our system will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from iSold It.
