The Basic one year on-site warranty provides at no charge repair or replacement of Mutoh printer parts.  Labor and travel expenses incurred with the repair of the printer will be charged to the customer on a per incident basis. These warranties begin with your purchase and run concurrently. * We do not allow local pickup.
