Shipping and Handling: Free Shipping in the continental US via USPS. They are shipped in a puffed envelope. We do combine shipping. If you purchase a silver item (combined with a gold item) the gold shipping rates will apply if a shipping fee is required. All of our gold items are securely packaged by hand and shipped to insure their safe and timely arrival at your doorstep. They are shipped with a tracking number, for our protection and yours. Shipping insurance is optional on most items. We do recommend it, but if you do not select it we will not ship the item insured. We do ship internationally, rates vary and some restrictions may apply, please contact us prior to bidding. We do combine shipping if you win multiple auctions.
International Shipping: $18USD via the USPS, registered. It can take up to 6 weeks to receive the item, and our rates do not include import taxes or duties. We are a business, and as such Generous Gems can not mark the item as gift. It is must marked for the purchase value.
Ring Size: N/A unless item is a ring.
Returns: If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. We will give you a full refund (less shipping charges). Please contact us to make arrangements for all returns as a return authorization number is needed.
Taxes: Ohio residents will be charged an additional 7% state sales tax.
Bidding: We love bids! And we do accept bids from people with 0 or negative feedback. We do ask that, as an act of good faith, if you have a "0" or negative feedback, you contact us before you bid. If you do not contact us we do reserve the right to cancel your bid.
