Product may take 10-14  business days to receive. Depending on the season and availability. Most items ship within 24 hrs and are received within 1 to 4 business days. Please exclude weekends as business days.

Every product ships via-UPS or Fedex except for pool heaters and heat pumps, above ground swimming pools, tanning beds, toilets, and spas and pool slides. These items ship common carrier. The trucking company will contact you prior to delivery. You will have to be home to receive the product, take the product off the truck and sign for the product. If you see any damage, please refuse delivery and write damaged on the bill of ladding and call us to ledt us know right away.
