All Items are clearly pictured and described in detail. What you see in the picture is what you will receive. If you do not see it (ie. cables, accesorries etc.), it is not included. Please ask any questions before bidding that can't be answered by reading the description or viewing the pictures. Since we are selling at significantly discounted prices all items are sold As Is and are final sale. No returns or refund will be given unless item is significantly not as described. Please review our feedback, it speaks for itself, we have an extremely high satisfaction rate due to the quality of our merchandise and accuracy of our listings.

Shipping + Pick Up Info:
If you win more than 1 item, we will combine shipping to save you money! We ship every Monday and Thursday. Payments received Monday - Wednesday ship on Thursdays and Payments received Thursday thru Sunday ship on Monday. Approximate Shipping times are 10-14 business days for Surface mail, 7-10 days for Airmail and 3-6 days for UPS. These times are averages and are not guarantees. A lot of time shipping is much quicker. Generally there is no duties or taxes on most items entering the USA Unless greater than $200.00 (Even then there is rarely any dutiers). UPS shipments greater than $200.00 are normally assesed a customs paperwork fee of $15-$35 that they will bill you upon arrival of the item. This only applies to UPS shipments over $200.00 and not to the Post Office shipments. Allthough rare, buyers are responsible for any customs related charges.
Pick Ups are available on all items and are located in the Mississauga area. A Pick up appointment must be made for all items being picked up. Pick ups must be paid for by Cash or Debit. Unlike most sellers who won't allow pick up or who charge exorbinent fees for pick up, we welcome it and it is at no charge. You will however, have to come at our convenience and an appointment MUST be made via email.

Insurance:
Insurance is an option on all items. Items occasionally do get lost or damaged in transit so I highly recommend purchasing it. Insurance costs $1.00 per $100 of winning bid amount. If you do not add insurance on to your purchase, I can't help you if the item is lost or damaged during shipping. It is totally up to you whether you deem you need this or not. Please note, When you purchase insurance you are buying insurance from the shipping company (Not us) In the event that a claim is required, we will submit all documents on your behalf with the shipping company,however you will not be reimbursed or have a replacement item sent out until the Shipping company pays out on the insurance claim (This can take 2-6 weeks).

Payment:
USA AND CANADIAN BUYERS: We accept Paypal from USA and Canadian residents ONLY up to $1000.00 (You must be in the USA or Canada and you MUST have a confirmed shipping address and be "Eligible" for seller protection when the payment comes through or your payment will be refunded). For payments over $1000.00 please contact us for acceptable payment methods BEFORE bidding.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Buyers outside of the USA AND CANADA must pay via bank w ir e tr a n sf er. Due to the amount of fraud from overseas, absolutely no other payment methods will be accepted from buyers outside the USA and Canada. Our feedback speaks for itself so you can bid with confidence.
PAYPAL is not accepted from overseas buyers for any amount or purchases greater than $1000 from USA or Canadian buyers (No Exceptions!)

Taxes:
All Canadian Residents must pay 5% GST and Ontario Residents Must pay 8.0% PST . USA Residents are Exempt from any Sales taxes.
