9" round x 14" long (includes handle)
 
Featuring a wonderful lot of old custom made hand fans that show Galveston Texas, September 24-27, 1987.  The circular part of the fan is made from a cardboard type paper and the boards attached are paint sticks that read "Bute Colorized Paints".  The front features a man and woman dancing in front of a train.
