We prefer Paypal for customers within the United States and Canada. Paypal accounts MUST be confirmed. We also accept all major credit cards, company checks, and wire transfers. For all other international customers, if you do not have a confirmed Paypal account, we can only accept payment via wire transfer.

All customers have 7 days after receiving the item to notify us of a return, UNLESS otherwise stated.  It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping expenses. When a product is returned, the refund includes the total charge amount minus the initial shipping charge. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all products when we are not at fault.  Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
