Everything we sell is brand new in it's original packaging, however every item is opened, rigorously inspected for quality and re-packaged.
Now for the fine print: Shipping: Recent E-bay policy changes force sellers to include shipping costs in the listing, however E-bay only offers shipping calculators for UPS and USPS. While we do use these calculators, we typically ship via Fed Ex Ground. Insurance is included in Fed Ex and UPS shipments up to $100.00. All orders are required to have insurance. Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territory customers will need to e-mail us for a freight quote on listings that have flat fee freight, as there will be an additional freight charge to these locations. Also you will need to wait for us to send your invoice with the correct shipping cost. We never charge packaging or handling fees, nor do we inflate our sales prices to hide them. The freight costs we charge are the exact costs from the freight carrier. Most orders ship in one business day. Combined Shipping: We are always happy to combine shipping to save our customers money. Please e-mail us with your zip code and a list of the items you would like to combine for a complimentary shipping quote. (Items must be shipped at the same time to the same address.) International Shipping: We do ship to most international destinations, however the buyer is responsible for any and all customs, fees, duties and taxes. At this time the only shipping option for international shipments is, U.S. Priority mail international, as this is the only option they currently offer that allows us to include insurance. We will not ship any order without insurance.
Order Processing/Availability: Orders are shipped daily, please email me if you require expedited shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to arrive.(most items are delivered in 3 to 5 days) All items are in stock at time of listing; however, occasionally I might run out of a popular product, if this happens I will notify you with the shipping date.

One of the areas that we have seen over the years that most customers are concerned about is shipping time and cost. That is why we do everything in our power to control these issues. We have negotiated rates with our primary carrier to keep shipping costs as low as possible, and we never charge packaging and handling fees! That is also why we try to always ship our customers orders in one business day. Although I should mention that once the order leaves our warehouse, the delivery time is out of our control. For instance: the post office advertises that Priority mail usually takes 3 to 5 days. When actually depending on the time of year and the distance the package has to travel, it can actually take much longer. For this reason, it is very rare that we use their service for domestic shipping. The following are a few of the steps that we take to excel in customer satisfaction: 1. We only carry top quality products. We never buy seconds, freight damaged or left over's from other sellers. We travel to the vendors facilities and only build relationships with those that meet our strict quality standards. 2. Each and every piece we receive is rigorously inspected for defects before it ever is released to the warehouse for order fulfillment. 3. Every possible effort is made to ship every order within one business day.(Most orders placed by early afternoon are shipped the same day.) 4. Unlike many sellers, we do not use drop shipping companies. When we list a product, it is in stock in our warehouse. This allows us to keep our prices competitive, our shipping rates low, our order processing time fast and most importantly allows us to keep a tight reign on quality control. 5. Every order is double checked for accuracy and packaged with the utmost care. 6. In the very rare instance of a stock discrepancy, we immediately notify the customer of the issue and present them with a solution or option. We never ship a substitute product that the customer did not order, and we never ship an incomplete order that the customer was not aware of. As you can see we go above and beyond to truly try to build a confidence level in our customers that is second to none. We want to build a relationship with our customers that will last a lifetime not a onetime. And we want our customers to be impressed enough with our service that they are proud to tell their friends and family about us. Feedback and DSR's are great but the best feedback our customers leave us, is when they refer their friends and family to our store.
Payment: We now accept only Pay Pal and credit cards, All payments must be in U.S. Funds and must be received within 5 days. If you prefer to pay with a credit card and not process it through Pay pal, you will need to call or e-mail us with your credit card information and we will process it through the terminal at our warehouse. We can also refer you to a page on our web site that will allow you to send your payment through our secure credit card processing gateway. If you are paying with an E-check through Pay Pal: You need to be aware that Pay Pal does not release the order for shipment until your check has cleared.
