Items will be delivered residential curbside delivery. You will need to assist the driver in unloading your merchandise off of the truck. Quotes provided on this auction are for curbside delivery.
This means that purchase is delivered to your home, but will not be
taken inside. The carrier is required to call you prior to delivering
to ensure someone is at home when your purchase is delivered.

INSURANCE:
It
is normal for the packaging to show some wear and tear during shipping
transit so please be sure to open the boxes and check that there are no
damages.
Insurance is included for all shipments. Do NOT sign
the freight bill until you have checked your items. If there are any
damages or shortages, it must be written on the freight bill and then
signed by you and the truck driver (drivers are required to wait for
you to inspect your items, if they do not wait for you to inspect,
please note on the receipt "driver will not wait for inspection"), or a
claim will not be filed and we will not be refunded and cannot replace
the merchandise. NOTE: YOU MUST notate signs of damage or shortage on the delivery receipt/paperwork with the driver at the time of delivery or the shipping insurance is nullified.
If
you choose to refuse an item due to damage, only refuse the damaged
item. Refusing the full shipment can expose your other furniture to
damage on the return trip.
If
there is "concealed damage" (no signs of damage externally, but the
piece of furniture is damaged), please email us to report the damage. We
must be notified of concealed damage within 48 hours of receipt of
furniture. Failure to notify us in 48 hours nullifies the insurance.
RETURNS:
We offer a one week
guarantee. If you don't like your merchandise, you have 7 days (from
the day you receive your items) to let us know you would like to return
it. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the return. You must
repack everything into its original boxes and crate/package it for
return shipping. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Once
we receive your return and check it for any damages or shortages, we
will issue your refund minus 20% restocking fee minus the original
shipping charges and minus any damages or shortages from your return.
