The combi oven/steamer has grown to become a kitchen essential, offering a wide range of versatility, faster cooking times, and high rate of production. The Alto-Shaam Combitherm® has a model capacity to meet your current production needs and allow for future expansion.

Unit Condition:

  • The oven has a broken handle as pictured. The door will still close and lock as designed with the broken handle in place, however it is suggested that the handle be replaced.
  • Item is in good condition other wise. A few scratches and dings from normal usage.
  • This item was pulled from a large grocery store chain.

Please note that this equipment is being sold in used condition with normal wear and tear and will be sold in as-is, where-is working condition.
