Important information! We send out your items no later than 3 business days, only charge actual shipping cost based on weight and size, require insurance and do not charge for packing materials or handling. Once the package arrives at the shipper, we have no control over how long it takes to get to you. We know it is frustrating for our international customers but if customs has stopped your item for whatever reason they can hold up your package for weeks and add a duty tax which we also have no control of, unfortunately. Each package is stamped when it leaves the shipper so you know when we shipped it so please do not mark us down in the feedback for shipping and handling.
