Rescue Hero toys are no longer on store shelves, they have been discontinued by Fisher Price and are getting harder to find. Since they first appeared as Fisher-Price action figures, Rescue Heroes have been known for their courage, cool under pressure and non-violent problem-solving.

 Whenever there’s danger or trouble is lurking, the Rescue Heroes team is there to save the day! These daring emergency response professionals are ready at a moment’s notice to combat disaster wherever or whenever it happens. Because their mission is always help and rescue, Rescue Heroes provide a unique alternative to traditional action figures that rely on super-human powers or weapons to achieve their goals. Instead, they rely on each other (and their high-tech tools) to terminate tidal waves, tame tornadoes, battle blazes, you name it. These larger-than-life heroes are all about teamwork!

In this auction is Rescue Heroes #1 Firefighter Billy Blazes.  William “Billy” Blazes, leader of the Rescue Heroes team, directs the team and clears the way for rescue efforts. When there’s fire on the streets, that’s when Billy Blazes comes in with his fire hose to put out the flames fast. His movable arms, legs, and head let him make all the right firefighting moves.  Just fill up the tank on his backpack with water, pump it up and pull back on the wand to see it shoot water, just like a real fire hose! When things are heating up and it's the 11th hour, call Hydro Team Billy to pour on the rescue power!

Billy and his Hydro Team backpack are in mint condition (his packaging shows slight storage wear). This set is a great addition to any Rescue Hero Collection or is fun all by itself.  This would make a perfect gift for that Rescue Hero Fan!
