lift gate service. Curb-side delivery only! No remote areas, islands,
non-direct points, construction sites, or inaccessible roads.

your order is shipped, we will send a shipping information email
containing the trucking company name, website, and the order’s tracking
number. When the order arrives at your local terminal, the carrier
will call you to make an appointment for the delivery. It is the sole
responsibility of the customer to be available at the appointed time
and date to receive the package and sign for the delivery. Any and all
redelivery charges incurred will be billed to the customer. In
most cases, freight deliveries will arrive in a full-size 18-wheel
trailer truck. When an order is placed, it is the customer’s
responsibility to notify us if the delivery location has potential
limited access issues. In the event that the truck cannot reach your
location or cannot turn around in your area, or if for any other
access-related reason delivery is attempted and cannot be completed,
