placed in an individual toploader.
 
 

 "Five star value"  First Class USPS stuffed Package Bubble Envelope
shipping with Delivery confirmation for $1.95  with each additional card
item $0.95 more when paid shipping specified on that item on the  same
order up to cost of the 40 card flat rate insured Priority Mail cost.
 
 
Buyer may elect to a pay flat $5.75 when buying either this
or multiple items to cover Priority Mail shipping for
either this one card... or  up to 40 purchased cards total from me
 bought over a 72 hour period when one combined payment is made
