Deep red velveteen dress for those Holiday portraits for the grandparents!

Super soft velveteen...huge collar is embroidered rose lace over nylon fabric.  At center front of collar is a large piece of soutache trim and 3 small fabric rose buds with green leaves.

At hem is wide, rose pattern scallop lace.

Puff sleeves are gathered to a narrow band.

Full skirt is gathered to bodice so it floats freely.

Button back.

95% Poly/15% Nylon

Chest- to 22"

Sleeves- 6"

Length- 21".
